New SNB layout and art

I was kind of sick and tired of my old Salt'n Burn layout, so I made a new one. Not the best I've ever done, but well. I made the layout into a wallpaper, business as usual. I also made another new piece of art, that I am quite happy with, although (or maybe because) it was a real bitch to create, because of the image quality. *g* Enjoy!



To Hell and Back: This wallpaper is about Sam's willingness to open the gates of hell if necessary to pull his brother from eternal damnation. It can be seen as a positive counterpart to my 'Whatever It Takes' piece, where Sam surrenders to darkness in order to save his brother. In 'To Hell and Back' Sam's love for Dean overcomes the boundaries of dimensions, without Sam loosing himself. He's basked in white light as he reaches through the flames and holds on to his brother, who storms forward, determined to pay his debt for getting Sam's back. It's a neverending story of love and salvation between the brothers. *feels sappy*.

Walk Down That Path: So this is based on my new SNB layout, just changed the colours slightly and made it a tad darker. It's not quite as interesting as a wallpaper, not sure if I am all happy with it, guess I'll know in a couple of days if I keep it. *lol* Anyways, it deals with Sam's lonely journey in the first quarter of S3. With Dean being determined to convince Sam to let go of him, Sam reaches a lot of decisions on his own and has to choose the paths, that he wants to go down.

The Winchesters featured in our TV Book Crossword this weekend ... only thing is my husband got to it before I did. Too well trained.

I didn't dump it yet. It's still sitting there being unseen in Mtv's website. I wouldn't of had this problem if I was able to use My program instead of theirs. The problem is that it freezes at the beginning in their player (as well as others) and then it goes out of sync. When it's out of sync, it looks horrible because I did so many clip cuts and it's just completely off. I even did the match her lips with the singing on the chorus, but no one can see it because of the thing being out of sync.. It sucks major. I spent 4 days on the video.. I should have just not got involved with it.
