Aww thanks hon! *hugs* Actually I really had troubles with this review, so I am glad you found it insightful.
I believe this episode was mostly for brotherly interaction and to get their plotline moving ahead Absolutely! It was one of those episodes where the MotW plotlines visibly was only there to provide the set-up for the brother angst and didn't have many merits beyond that. I am totally cool with that LOL.
I do like how they tied Dean back to the grieving father, to show two emotionally devastated people, unsure about where they're going with life, or whatnot. I found it really hard to see Dean so desperate for John's guidance again over this episode. He so obviously ran low on hope and strength that he simply wanted to be the little boy again who can just lean back on his father and then just fell and needed to get up again. But he did and was better for it and I loved that. Good catch with the father, grieving his daughter and the parallels to Dean! ♥ It was so wrong to see Dean beating up an innocent man and the absolute horror in his eyes and the tone of desperation in his voice when hes says he doesn't know what he's even doing there was killing me.
Sam was rockstar amazing. Sam was pure love in this episode! ♥ I totallyy have a thing for the brothers taking care of each other when one of them is utterly lost! They are so good at that and Sammy really stepped up to that task.
