Salt'n Burn Changes Domain!

So, most of you might be aware that the domain misplaced.co.uk - where my fanart website Salt'n Burn is hosted - has recently been banned by Google/Firefox because of virus problems with some of the other subdomains hosted there. As a result Firefox users have been unable to access my site as well. Now, apparently it's not possible to remove the virus from the other subdomains, without actually deleting all content on the domain, so Nikki offered all her hostees to move their websites to her domain deadly-nightshade.com. Yesterday I uploaded my site at the new domain. Salt'n Burn's new URL is http://saltnburn.deadly-nightshade.com

Please update your bookmarks/links accordingly. I'll leave a link with the new address for all my affiliates at their respective tagboards. I am sorry for the inconvenience! :)

I was wondering what was going on..got all worried. Your artwork is amazing...truly inspiring. Well, to me at least. I wish I was half as good as you are with graphics :) Glad to see your site is back up.

Aww thank you! :) I am glad you enjoy my work so much, it's always a great compliment to inspire other artists. The problems with the domain were really unfortunate, since my site actually wasn't affected at all and got banned anyway, because Google/Firefox don't make distinctions between domain/subdomain. Ah well, problem solved. :)

When I first saw that the site was blocked, I was like 'O.o' It seemed rather strange. Sucks that your site was blocked due to unrelated issues but it's all worked out now, so good good. I look forward to seeing more work from you! It's always so stunning, so intense. I could blabber on forever about it, but I won't, I promise. Keep on doing what you're doing :D

Thank you! :) I am glad the problem is solved. I'll probably continue uploading my art on my LJ gallery though for the purpose of my LJ posts. Why not use it, if I have the feat available anyway. :)

Yeah, I wouldn't stop posting my art on LJ in any case. Some people look on my site others look here for my art. It's not really any trouble to have both places updated. :)

Thanks, Jo! :) Yeah it really bothered me that the site wasn't acessible for so long. I actually considered closing it down for good, so I am happy things are solved now.

Well, Nikki offered it to them, just like she did to me. I am pretty sure that they will agree to the move as well. :)
