No long rant this time ;) Just that yes, I also loved this episode. Jensen and Jared nailed it, especially the raw emotions you mentioned in the car fight. The brother angst was awesome. Lastly, I love your idea that Dean is the barrier between Sam and the darkness and that he still has to save Sam (while the focus is on Sam trying so hard to save Dean!).
