I´d like if Sam wasn´t short-sighted and cared more about Ruby´s intentions Absolutely! I agree with this. I think/hope sooner or later Sam will start to question Ruby. In S3 he was blindsided by her promise to help Dean and in S4 by his grief. At one point her intentions need to be revealed and I am curious how that will play out.
I am inclined towards Dean myself, but I love Sammy whole-heartedly. I really get angry when "Dean-girls" bash Sam or "Sam-girls" bash Dean and I am not sure how these people call themselves fans of the show. The negativity in fandom and the wank drive me up the walls and resulted in me withdrawing from fandom as far as possible. I enjoy constructive critisism towards the show, but the hate rants that I see in fandom really disturb me.
So it's always good to meet sensible fans like you! ;)
