I hate heat waves at the best of times, it must be even worse being pregnant during one.

Having 2 small kids will certainly be a challenge. My sister had 3 kids in the span of 8 years and that was a hugely stressful time. But on the positive side, they're out of the worst almost at the same time. ;) I hope the rest of your pregnancy goes smoothly. And yes, update your journal. I always love to see pictures of T. :)
